About Me

My name is Or Pelach.

I immigrated to Israel at 16. In my first weeks, I studied Hebrew, joined an army preparatory program, and lived in a dorm. Later, I enlisted in the IDF, serving as a combat infantry soldier.

During this time, I also worked to save for future studies.

After completing my military service, I chose the high-tech field, beginning as a programmer and progressing to systems analysis, project management, senior technology consulting, product management, and integration projects.

Teaching and sharing knowledge has always been one of my favorite aspects of my work.

As a naturally curious person, my curiosity led me to explore futuristic technological developments, and I quickly became captivated by this field. Since 2016, I’ve been lecturing on how technology impacts all areas of life, especially the future of work. I began researching how we can stay relevant in an evolving job market.

In November 2022, when OpenAI released ChatGPT globally, I was among the first to dive into the world of creative AI. Since then, I have been learning daily, becoming an expert in this fascinating field.

Today, I lead change and innovation processes in organizations. I deliver lectures and workshops on technological innovation, digital tools, large language models like ChatGPT, and other AI tools to help organizations optimize work processes and increase productivity. I also conduct ideation workshops to challenge organizational norms and encourage fresh perspectives, fostering innovation.

In a digital world of constant change, I’m passionate about helping people develop creativity and mental flexibility to prepare for an unknown future. This passion inspired the ‘Be Relevant’ podcast, designed to help employees and organizations stay up-to-date.

Above all, I love my family – my husband, two children, and Lord, our cognac-colored wisla. I enjoy learning, trying new things, meeting interesting people, and I have a penchant for cynical humor, swimming, world travel, sushi, nature, and animals. Unconventional, bold ideas are my favorite.

Since I was 24, I’ve kept a journal, setting goals, objectives, and dreams for each year. I create actionable plans with indicators and controls, managing my life intentionally, so I can leave something meaningful for my children and future generations.

I used to think that the animal that characterized me was a black panther.
The black panther has had a great impact on human culture, he is quick thinking and appears as a symbol of courage.
Today I understand that the animal that characterizes me is actually a tiger.

Why a tiger?

Because I was born in the year of the tiger.
In Greek, the word “tiger” means “arrow“ .
In Chinese astrology, Tiger characterizes very dynamic people,
who like continuous and constant changes in life.
They are busy with constant planning and multi-tasking, they invest heavily in work, love challenges, innovations, thrills and are very curious about things. Optimistic and sensitive.

I started writing a blog about technological innovation and building relevance.
Its purpose is to enrich and share in the development of technologies in different and diverse fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), brain research, machine learning (ML), robotics, genetics, nano technology, the Internet of Things (IOT), 3D printing, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), autonomous vehicles and more. In the BeRelevant section I write about topics related to building relevance in the field of employment.
I’m sure I’ll be able to interest, fascinate and especially innovate.
